LOGO!MAT Planning Tool

From an idea to a running line

Every project for a new conveyor line starts with a rough layout. After the first sketch it improves by every revision. One of LOGOMAT’s strengths is the assistance in finding the right layout for the right application.

To improve your planning process, we want to provide you with the right tools from the beginning on. This can help you to detect layout mistakes or conflicts early in the planning process, and saves time and mondey in the long run.

Our planning tools are specifically designed to provide you with all of our standard components as generic 2D drawing blocks or symbols. They will lead you in an automated and easy way to a conclusive layout of your future line. All main requirements of the LOGO!MAT Conveyors are incorporated, so you don’t have to take care of special increments, gaps or other specifications.
You can focus on what is essential: To develop an innovative and operational new line for your production, assembly or testing purposes.
No matter if you will use a LOGO!MAT Conveyor or any other make or model, these tools provide you an easy and powerful way to create your drawings.

Are you planning in 3D? No problem!
After you created your 2D layout with the LOGO!MAT Planning Tools, you can easily extrude the drawing to a 3D model in the 3D software you are used to (e.g. Inventor, CATIA, NX, etc.). This helps to see possible interferences with other equipment before the first conveyor section is assembled. You can even move the pallets on the straight tracks of the model to simulate the pallet flow as desired.

  • Flexible planning tool for conveyor systems in general
